Choose to walk or drive a power cart over the course, which features hardy grass grown on top of permafrost. It may be tough to push your tee into the ground, but the fields of wildflowers and the looming mountain scenery more than make up for it. Take challenging putts over the scraggly grass and watch out for hazards like moose tracks and a wily fox that likes to steal golf balls off the second green. Be sure to bring your camera for photo ops of the surrounding alpine scenery.
